Dr. Anita Kranjc (Executive Director, The Save Movement)
In-Person Event
A worldview that is holistic and interconnected is good in itself and vital for protecting Earth's life support systems. In a world of globalization where there is often a distancing effect of the true costs of our food, Animal Save Movement holds animal vigils in front of slaughterhouses across the world to show the individuality of the suffering and exploited animals in order to promote diet change and activism. Plant Based Treaty works at the policy level raising awareness and advocating for city, country and global action on bringing the food system greenhouse gas emissions within the limits set by the UN Climate Convention's Paris Accords.
